How the 'Company Structure' Tab Works

Overview of the 'Company Structure' feature in the Onboarding Portal.

Updated over 2 months ago

In the Company Structure tab, you can specify the relationship between your Sites, Locations, and Motor Control Cabinets.

Adding a Site

A Site can represent a factory, plant, or city where a plant is located. When adding a Site, ensure the Address Details are accurate, as this information will be used for hardware shipments.

Creating a Location

A Site can have multiple Locations, such as different buildings or units. You can specify the connectivity for each Location, and the selected connectivity type will automatically apply to the MCCs in that Location.

Creating a MCC

Within a Location, you can have one or more Motor Control Cabinets (MCCs). If a connectivity option is selected at the Location level, it will be pre-selected when creating an MCC. You can still change the connectivity option if needed.
