Click the View button in the DAQs card. A list of connected DAQs will be shown on this page. For each DAQ installed, check the following:
The serial number matches the device
The status is Connected
The Last seen field shows Just now
If any DAQs are missing:
Ensure the switch is powered
Check or replace the Ethernet cables between the DAQ and the switch, and between the gateway and the switch
Leave a few centimeters of space between the DAQ and the fused terminal blocks
